My wife and I had fallen in love with Knoxville, TN- particlarly the lakeside areas between Kingston and Farragut. We had decided to design and build our dream house in this paradise. We had been driving around on our own, and found an interesting lot in Kingston on a Sunday afternoon. We called the number on the sign, and Racia Futrell came right out to meet us. Unfortunately, our plans had changed over the four years, and we found it necessary to sell the lot.
